Day-to-day responsibilities include learning branch operations and management through an 18- to 24-month paid training program, assisting the Branch Manager with recruiting and training, developing and implementing plans to meet sales goals, and promoting an outstanding customer experience. You will help customers meet their financial goals by originating new loan business, educating customers on lending services (including credit improvement and debt consolidation), guiding applicants through the loan process, and handling related activities such as loan evaluations, risk analysis, credit decisions, loan closings, and insurance claim processing. You may also be involved in relocation for promotion into a Branch Manager role (a full relocation package is provided for moves over 50 miles).

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER We provide tools to succeed and grow into a Branch Manager position.
You will actively seek opportunities to originate new loan business, educate customers on our consumer lending services, assist with the loan application process, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will also perform tasks that contribute to branch success, including evaluating loan applications, risk analysis, and assisting with recruiting and training, all while promoting our core values.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
* 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience (e.g., retail sales, goal-oriented, incentive-based) preferred but not required.
* Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
* Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
* Must meet acceptable standards for criminal history, credit history, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
* Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products (eligibility based on criminal background check by the state’s department of insurance).
* Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.
