Experience of supporting change and consultation processes would be advantageous, but candidates with a willingness to learn and get involved will also be considered.Requirements:· Strong NHS HR experience at Band 7 level· Excellent ER knowledge and case management experience· Able to support managers with practical HR advice· Change/consultation experience desirable· Must be available at short noticeA strong opportunity for an experienced NHS HR professional who can make an immediate impact. NHS and employee relations experience are essential.
