Senior Finance Assistant Travel Solutions is NIs leading and multi award winning Tour Operator; as part of our next and exciting stage of growth and development we want a Finance Assistant to support the existing Finance Team in ensuring the companys financial requirements are met. You will support the core activities of the central finance function, including: Key Responsibilities: Sales Ledger posting of receipts and payments using specialist written package for Travel Solutions Extensive daily use of spreadsheets Daily/Monthly Bank reconciliations Daily Bank lodgementsmulti-currency Reporting to the Finance Director, Managing sales ledger processing, reconciliations, and PTX submissions. Completing month-end processes, including reconciliations, journals, and reporting Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering support, or directing to appropriate departments Maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to ongoing process improvements Essential criteria: About you Qualified Accounting Technician (ATI / AAT) Proven experience in a busy finance environment Strong understanding of ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end processes Excellent Excel skills and strong competency across Microsoft Office Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team Remuneration: Competitive salary WorkplacePension Private Healthcare after 6 months employment Mon-Fri business hours with occasional out of hours/weekend requirements Additional Annual Leave with service This is an in-person office based full time position with no availability for Hybrid working.
