We are looking for enthusiastic, smart and capable lawyers in the United Kingdom, with experience of commercial and technology contract drafting and negotiating. Experience of data protection contracting is a bonus too. The candidate must be qualified as a lawyer in either England, New York or both. In-house experience is also valued, whether secured on secondment or as an employee. A keen understanding of client service and responsiveness is vital.
The firm is also working at the cutting edge of the implementation of AI and other technology into legal work and this is expected to be an essential part of innovative client service delivery.
The role will be fully remote from the start although there may be opportunity to travel to our office in the City of London.
