Duties:
Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to brand standards
Conducting technical fault-finding and implementing effective solutions
Liaising with customers to explain repairs and maintenance requirements
Mentoring and supporting junior technicians to develop their skills
Ensuring the workshop maintains high standards of safety and cleanliness
Complying with dealership processes and industry regulations
Candidate Specification:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Proven experience as a Vehicle Master Technician within a franchised dealership
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent diagnostic skills and technical competence
Full UK driving licence
VAG experience is desirable but not essential
