What the Job Involves As a Social Work Assistant, you will work within the Adult Services Review Team at County Hall. You will coordinate and monitor services according to individual care plans, provide advice and assistance, and liaise with various agencies. You will also conduct annual reviews, participate in team meetings, and adhere to Council Policies and Procedures. The role requires flexibility in location, as duties may necessitate working from various locations beyond the designated base.
