Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, year-round

Are you a qualified electrician ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an inspiring Lecturer in Electrical Installations to join a respected education provider's construction and built environment faculty in Cambridgeshire.
This is a rewarding opportunity to pass on your expertise to the next generation of electricians, delivering high-quality teaching and practical training across Levels 1-3.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and hands-on sessions in electrical installation and associated subjects.
* Design and update course materials aligned with industry standards and evolving technologies.
* Support and guide students with constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and improve curriculum delivery.
* Take part in open events, student recruitment activities, and community engagement projects.
About You
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent as a minimum).
* Assessor and IQA qualifications, or willingness to achieve them.
* A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to gain one.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/Level 2 or above, or a commitment to obtaining them.
* Strong industry knowledge, including current regulations (e.g. 18th Edition) and emerging trends.
