Your New Company: We are working with a pioneer in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market, leading the next evolution in legal services through AI-integrated contracting. They are searching for a Contracts Specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast. Our client is the market leader in Integrated Law, combining Traditional Law, New Law, and in-house legal expertise to deliver complex legal work at scale. They collaborate with corporate legal departments to address increasing demands and complexity in transactional legal work. Their approach combines specialist expertise, AI-powered solutions, and business process knowledge to improve performance and legal outcomes. Their clients include Fortune 500 companies, global banks, pharmaceutical companies, and technology firms, with over 300 professionals across Europe and North America.
Your Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and assisting their legal teams. If you are a team player, communicative, result-driven, confident, curious, and fun, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
* Drafting and negotiating various Commercial Contracts.
* Collaborating with in-house legal teams on international deals, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
* Managing caseloads and ensuring service delivery and compliance.
* Updating and managing data in company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates and tools for the team.
* Contributing to service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed:
* Legal Degree and/or qualified lawyer.
* Eligible to work in the country.
* At least 4 years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts experience.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Client-facing experience and commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word.
* Alignment with company values: Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability, Stewardship.
Desirable:
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services sectors.
* In-house experience.
