We are seeking to appoint at least 1 Nursery Nurse to support nurseries around EXETER. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities include:
1. Guiding children as a Nursery Nurse / Teaching Assistant, providing personalized support.
2. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop support plans.
3. Fostering a nurturing environment that promotes social interactions and communication skills.
4. Assisting with daily tasks, academic activities, and implementing interventions to address behavior challenges.
Requirements:
1. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years.
2. Experience working with all age groups in nurseries or schools.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Applicants with a valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle will be prioritized.
5. Patience, empathy, flexibility, and adaptability.
