Business Support Administrator – Part Time
20 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 13.00 or 10.00 – 14.00
Salary: £24,000 [pro rata)
Hourly rate: £13.19

Role Overview: Business Support Administrator
The Business Support Administrator will provide essential office-based support to the team and when required help directly with clients. This role involves both reactive and proactive duties to ensure seamless back-office operations.
Responsibilities: Business Support Administrator
* Process purchase invoices in ERP system
* Process expenses invoices
* Process standing customer orders in ERP system
* Placing purchase orders with suppliers both online and through email
* Process any customer returns, liaising with purchasing/warehousing to ensure supplier returns are actioned
* Create and maintain customer templates to ensure the list of stocked items available is always up to date
* Provide administrative support to colleagues
* Liaising with the suppliers to obtain prices, lead times and place orders
* Monitor shipping dates and discuss any issues arising from delays to orders
Skills / Experience: Business Support Administrator
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Work efficiently and pro-actively identify opportunities for improvements within internal processes
* Good communicator with colleagues and customers
* Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support on any tasks or projects as required
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude
* Able to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Ability to build relationships at all levels
