Our own TV channel, Betfred TV, streams live daily to our shops across the UK from Media City studios.
Responsibilities
Our 1,340 shops are central to our business, playing a key role in their local communities. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a warm, welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.
You will process customer bets, promote responsible gambling, assist with inquiries, maintain shop standards, and, after training, deputise for the Shop Manager. Ensuring customers bet within their means and following our 'Think 21' policy is crucial.
Skills & Experience
You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. While an interest in sports and betting is advantageous, no prior experience is necessary as we provide structured training. We also offer further training and development opportunities, supporting internal career progression.
Note: We do not hold a sponsorship license to sponsor visas for UK work, so we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
