We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Edinburgh for 12 months and play a key role in supporting our facilities operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related calls and requests, delivering top-tier customer service within strict SLAs.
2. Manage maintenance and service requests from start to finish, keeping stakeholders updated along the way.
3. Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and respond swiftly to reactive issues.
4. Flag potential risks to management promptly and responsibly.
5. Handle and process original legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Operate key Digital Mailroom equipment, including guillotines, scanners, folding machines, and digital printers.
7. Manage contractor/vendor access, ensuring all compliance checks and inductions are completed.
