We combine WILD CREATIVITY and BOUNDLESS TECHNOLOGY by working with medium to large-sized businesses, helping them achieve their goals through innovative and user-centric digital experiences.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a ‘best-in-class' highly energetic, experienced and ambitious Senior Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Team. The role sits within Yellow Panther’s Project team, and reports to the Head of Projects.
In this role, you will lead by example, drawing on your rich experience of managing and delivering complex digital projects to the highest standards, to spearhead Yellow Panther’s most impactful and high-profile projects. Working with the Head of Projects and the wider team, you will help to own and improve standards and processes of project management across the business, ensuring Yellow Panther continues to produce the highest quality and standards of work for our client base.
You should have experience across a range of project management methodologies, bringing the versatility needed to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time. You’ll effectively plan, prioritise, and lead all deliverables and resources across a full programme of work. The role requires taking primary responsibility for delivery and stakeholder communication across projects, making informed decisions that support financial targets and overall project success. In managing client expectations, your role will span requirements gathering, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and all areas of change management.

* Highly motivated and energetic, inspiring project teams to deliver high‑quality work. Decisive and solutions‑focused, confidently moving situations forward independently when needed.
* Mentoring other project managers in best practices, supporting their critical decision‑making across studio projects. Adapting quickly to fast‑paced change, implementing new procedures and workflows with ease.
* Focusing on client needs and facilitating continuous product improvement through post‑delivery analysis.
* Assisting with the smooth running of the Project Management team – successful delivery, continuous improvement initiatives, and team growth (training and learning) are fundamental to our success.
* Working with the Head of Projects and Head of Strategy to improve and implement best practice in the project lifecycle.
* Contributing to new processes and consistently training the wider Yellow Panther team to uphold best‑practice standards.
