Acting as the go‑to legal expert on high‑value, complex projects, you will:
* Ensure compliance and deliver sharp, strategic advice on commercial contracts, procurement, and grant funding.
* Navigate governance frameworks, statutory duties, and decision‑making processes to keep projects moving forward on time and within legal risk boundaries.
* Lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of major commercial contracts, coordinating with external legal teams as needed.
* Provide proactive, trusted legal counsel to senior leaders, stakeholders, and partners — enabling confident decision‑making and successful delivery.
