We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in West Hallam, Derbyshire. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing essential support across the business. This is a full-time, onsite role temporary position.
The Role
As Office Manager, you will oversee office operations and act as a central point of contact for staff, suppliers, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily office administration and procedures
* Coordinating facilities, supplies, and office services
* Supporting senior management with administrative tasks
* Managing relationships with external suppliers and contractors
* Handling health & safety and compliance-related administration
* Supporting finance administration as required
About You
* To succeed in this role, you will:
* Have previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Have good IT skills, including MS Office
* Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
