About You
 * Sales Expertise – Demonstrable experience in hitting and exceeding revenue targets, ideally within fitness, leisure, or membership-based organisations.
 * Data‑Led Approach – Comfortable using CRM systems, sales reports, and performance analytics to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and drive results.
 * Customer‑Centric Mindset – A passion for building relationships, enhancing retention, and creating value for members.
 * Collaborative Leadership – Ability to inspire and mentor a team, while also working effectively with colleagues across marketing, operations, and student services.
 * Strategic & Tactical Balance – Capable of developing clear long‑term sales strategies, while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver day‑to‑day activity, from outreach events to member engagement campaigns.
 * Resilience & Adaptability – Thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing commercial ambition with the values and mission of a world‑class university.
