Reporting into the Location Manager, responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring that the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers in both their home environment and communal areas. Effectively using cleaning products, following instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.
Required knowledge & experience:
* Customer service NVQ2 (advantageous)
* Previous cleaning experience and knowledge
* Safe use of cleaning products
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment, e.g., carpet cleaners
* Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding vulnerable adults
* Health & safety awareness, including COSHH
Required skills:
* Good organization and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal, empathy skills, and a friendly personality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritize and plan around customer needs
