Robert Half Technology are assisting a market-leading aerospace organisation to recruit a Business Analyst on a contract basis. Hybrid working - Bedford/London based. ASAP start. Rates negotiable. Role The Business Analyst will elicit, document, and manage business requirements to ensure changes are aligned with functional and strategic objectives. Conduct discovery and analysis of technical and operational landscapes. Produce high-level logical diagrams of processes, assets, networks, and technical specifications. Assess operational systems and software (e.g., Catia, SolidWorks) and document functional purposes. Conduct feasibility and deliverability assessments for change requests. Prioritise and document operational processes, systems, and assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and PMOs, to ensure successful delivery of projects. Profile The Business Analyst will have experience in highly regulated environments, ideally within aerospace or defence. Active SC clearance is essential. Strong business analysis and data/process analysis skills. Experience in requirements elicitation, backlog creation, and prioritisation. Familiarity with MOD/Government accreditation processes, standards, and frameworks is desirable. Agile experience, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Spotfire, Power BI, and JIRA. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
