Weareseekingaprofessionalandhighlymotivated AssistantEstateManager tojointheteamataluxuryresidentialdevelopmentinHayes.Thisroleispivotalinensuringthesmoothday-to-dayrunningoftheestate,supportingtheEstateManagerindeliveringabest-in-classserviceforresidents,andmaintainingthehighstandardsexpectedinaluxuryenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities
SupporttheEstateManagerinoverseeingdailyoperationsacrossthedevelopment.
Actasapointofcontactforresidents,deliveringexceptionalcustomerserviceandaddressingenquiriespromptlyandprofessionally.
Assistwithsupervisingonsitestaffandcontractors,ensuringworkiscompletedtothehigheststandard.
Monitorhealth&safety,compliance,andsecurityprotocolsacrosstheestate.
Contributetothemanagementofbudgets,servicecharges,andfinancialreporting.
Helpcoordinateresidentcommunications,meetings,andcommunityevents.
ProvidecoverfortheEstateManagerwhenrequired.
