You’ll be instrumental in driving performance, sharing best practice, and offering hands-on support where it’s needed most. More about the role:
* Travel to different retail sites, offering direct support to store teams
* Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational standards
* Lead by example, sharing best practices and delivering in-the-moment coaching
* Step into store leadership roles when required to maintain service and standards
* Report back on findings and feedback to help shape strategic decisions
* Be the go-to person for on-the-ground problem-solving and team motivation
Successful Applicant:
* Valid UK driving license and own car
* Proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume retail environment
* Flexible to travel across Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Middlesex, West Sussex & Kent with regular overnight stays
* A confident leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude
* Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
* Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different teams and challenges
* Passionate about delivering high standards and inspiring others to do the same
