The Technical Lead will be responsible for the following;
* Delegating work and assignments to the team
* Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems
* Ensuring product development aligns with user needs
* Collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers
* The Technical Lead will create end goals for the team
* Check that software and applications are updated
* Supervise system modifications
* Guide the team through technical issues
* Produce design control documentation to medical device regulatory standards
* Liaise and working with the project team
* Collaborate with the regulatory team in order to meet the relevant standards
* Present information to Directors/Board at management meetings
* Responsibility and accountability for the engineering team
Skills:
* The Technical Lead will ideally understand software architecture and hardware development
* People management and leadership
* Project Management (ideally)
* Systems testing skills
* Experience in working with medical devices or relevant industry expertise
Desirable:
* Knowledge of wireless communication
* RF knowledge
* Understanding of electronics and sensors (RF)
* Python for testing, embedded coding, C, C++.
* Product development life-cycles
