The Role
As Finance Analyst, you'll be a key business partner to operational leaders, providing insightful analysis, reporting and recommendations that directly impact commercial decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting forecasting, budgeting and financial planning processes.
* Partnering with site and operations managers to identify opportunities for efficiency, margin improvement and cost reduction.
* Reporting on stock levels and driving initiatives to improve working capital.
* Assisting with month-end close, variance analysis and KPI reporting.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects across the UK business.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
* Experienced in financial planning & analysis, management accounting or a similar role (minimum 2+ years).
* Inquisitive and ambitious, with a desire to add value beyond the numbers.
* Able to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
* A confident communicator who can build relationships across the business.
