Audio-Visual Installation Engineer
Location: Northampton - UK travel

Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 per annum
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audio-Visual Installation Engineer to join a growing team. This role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining AV systems across various client sites, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Install a wide range of AV equipment, including projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control panels.
* Follow technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans to deliver high-quality setups.
* Ensure installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Maintain and check company vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.
* Take responsibility for personal tools and PPE, replacing any defective or unsafe equipment as required.
* Work closely with other engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in AV installations.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
