RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, DEVON, £DOE + HYBRID WORKING OPTIONS – Highly regarded and well connected Cheshire law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its team. JOB REF: TL3779
The Role
You will be joining a close-knit and supportive property team, handling a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with secretarial support. Work will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Easements, transfers of equity
* Dealing with some planning and environmental
* Lease extensions and related transactions
The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal
* Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload independently
* Commercial and agricultural property experience is advantageous but not essential
