Teach Now is working with a high-performing, over-subscribed secondary academy in Watford to recruit a compassionate and thoughtful SEN Teaching Assistant for the new academic year. This is a full-time, term-time-only position supporting students in a class-based role, focused on SEMH needs, without working across multiple year groups. The school, consistently rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED since 2012, is housed in a modern building with state-of-the-art facilities, designed to support student success and staff collaboration.
