Description
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals and prepayments.
* Support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
* Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register and processing depreciation.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice management.
* Support the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory reporting requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responses.
Profile
* Actively studying towards their ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualifications
* Have previous experience in a fast paced, month end related role
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Enthusiasm for developing a career in accounting and finance.
