Regional Sales Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of our technical sales team and drive business success across the South Coast. This is a strategic opportunity to shape regional sales performance, manage a skilled technical account management team, and act as a local branch lead within a nationwide organisation.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of regional growth—leading a team of Technical Account Managers, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key clients. Acting as the local branch leader, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning commercial goals with exceptional technical service delivery.
1. Lead and mentor the Technical Account Management team, ensuring strong performance, growth and professional development.
2. Drive new business across the region—engaging with prospects, identifying opportunities and winning strategic accounts.
3. Act as the East Sussex branch leader, representing the office in national discussions and aligning with group-wide objectives.
4. Closely collaborate with the technical services team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
5. Develop and execute a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds revenue targets.
6. Built strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and account growth.
7. Utilise Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records.
8. Travel across the UK to visit clients and other branches to maintain strong relationships and share best practices.
What You'll Bring:
* A proven experience in a sales leadership or business development role within the IT services or connectivity space.
* Strong team leadership capabilities with a background in managing technical or commercial teams.
* A technical understanding that allows you to collaborate effectively with service delivery teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-driven and organised, with a clear focus on achieving business growth.
* Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
* A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a plus.
