About the Role
As a Mobile Care Assistant you will provide personal care and domestic services to homeowners across our developments in Bolton & surrounding areas. You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle services. The role is mobile and requires travel between sites.
Compensation and Schedule:
* Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, with an additional £1.30 for working evenings and weekends.
* Maximum 35 hours per week on a rota basis (mornings, evenings, alternate weekends) between 7 am and 10 pm.
* Receive a £300 bonus upon successful completion of probation.
* Travel: Use your own vehicle; a valid full UK driving licence is required. Travel expenses are covered and mileage paid at 43 p per mile.
* Uniform and mobile phone are provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Individual Homeowners with personal care, daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
* Provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas across developments to a high standard.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments.
* Travel between developments and use company parking at each site.
* Support personal and professional development, including training opportunities for a Diploma in Health and Social Care and progression to senior care assistant roles.
* Ensure cleanliness of communal areas and support maintenance of a welcoming environment.

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a care environment is desirable; Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification preferred but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, ability to manage time effectively.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
