Overview of Role
Service Desk Support Analysts work as part of the IT Support Team, responsible for day-to-day support operations. This includes taking customer enquiries, dealing with hardware issues, explaining and implementing solutions, running diagnostic programmes, logging issues, tracking progress, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
