Fletchers Engineering is an Engineering Company based in Salford, Manchester. We service a large range of high end clients throughout the UK. Our clients include David Lloyd Gyms, Odeon Cinema's, Living Venture Restaurants, Hilton Hotels, to name but a few and our client base is spread across the UK including Scotland & Ireland. We continue to grow and expand in the building services & construction industry and we believe this is due to our consistency in providing an excellent service to a varied and specialised client base.
We are looking to recruit a fulltime, permanent & experienced Service & Maintenance Contract Administrator to join our service team.
Responsibilities
* Handling the day-to-day running of various contracts within the Service and Maintenance Department, for a Nationwide Engineering Company.
* Handling telephone and email Service and Maintenance inquiries and responding to queries, to work towards a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
* Consistent management of client needs through the in-house customer job data base (JNC Construction Manager) to generate quotes, access job cards, evaluate costs and issue works to engineers – Full training will be given.
* Always ensuring all information is carefully recorded on the job for colleagues to access.
* Monitored employee progress within the team, offering feedback to management on additional training requirements and providing necessary training as appropriate.
* Carry out systematic follow ups on issue reports to clients and management when necessary.
* Provide updates to the client in real time for every job daily or to the client requirements.
* Ensure processes are adhered to and maintained.
* Produce all the relevant documents ready for customers approval.
* Keep up to date with developments and offer advice accordingly.
* Assist and maintain a good working relationship with customers, colleagues, external suppliers and support staff.
* Run reports and identify trends in problems, supply quotes for additional maintenance / reactive visits / upgrades.
* Ensure contract KPI’s are met and contract renewals are prepared in good time for customers to be followed up in a timely manner and raised on the data base.
* Scheduling engineers to attend emergency calls and liaising with the Labour Coordinator and Management.
* General office administration using Excel / Word.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Full-time, permanent experience as a Service & Maintenance Contract Administrator or similar role within a service department.
* Experience managing client needs via a database, generating quotes, accessing job cards, and coordinating engineer workloads.
* Strong communication skills (telephone and email) and ability to provide real-time updates to clients.
* Proficiency in Excel and Word for general office administration.
* Ability to work within a team, monitor progress, and provide training as appropriate.

* The position is based on a competitive basic salary (dependent on experience).
* 40 hours per week.
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing with time served.
