Role Description
This is a full-time role that comes with a 4 Day week and paid overtime, located in the North West for a Sous Chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day operations of the kitchen, leading food preparation, and ensuring the highest culinary standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, contributing to menu development, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dishes. Live in availability - Short of long term.
Transport advised due to Semi remote location.
Salary package of 42k.
Qualifications
* Strong culinary skills in cooking, food preparation, and food presentation
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
* Expertise in food service and maintaining high-quality standards
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining kitchens preferred
* Professional culinary training or equivalent experience
