CACHE Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Southampton £14–£16 per hour | Flexible cover work Do you love helping little ones learn, grow and discover the world? We’re looking for a CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse or Teaching Assistant to join a beautiful, new nursery in Southampton. This is a setting where children are encouraged to explore, be curious and feel safe — and where staff are valued just as much as the families they support. What You’ll Be Doing Caring for children aged 3 months to 4 years in a warm, nurturing environment Supporting early communication, play and emotional development Working closely with families to understand each child’s needs Helping create joyful, stimulating learning experiences Recording children’s progress and celebrating their milestones What We Need From You CACHE Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent) Experience working with young children A kind, patient and enthusiastic approach Strong teamwork and communication A solid understanding of safeguarding Why Join Supply Desk?
