Driver Caretaker
Work Location: TN39 3JX, Bexhill-On-Sea (and all surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: £14 per hour

We're looking for reliable, hard-working Driver Caretaker to join our busy grounds maintenance team. This is a full-time role working across a variety of council-managed and public sites.
Areas You'll Cover:
* Fire Stations
* Libraries
* Wedding Venues
* Council Offices
* Council Sites
Schedule:
* Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* 2-week site rotation
* Overtime and weekend availability
* Holiday cover may be required
Key Responsibilities:
* General grounds maintenance (mowing, edging, weeding)
* Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
* Using hand and power tools for landscaping tasks
* Operating and maintaining equipment (lawn mowers, strimmer)
* Keeping outdoor areas clean and debris-free
Requirements:
* Experience in grounds maintenance preferred to work for Public Sector and Government
* Ability to use tools safely (training can be provided)
* Physically fit to work outdoors in all conditions
* Good time management and attention to detail
* Full UK Driving Licence - required
* PA1 & PA6 certificates - preferred
* Enhanced DBS
