ICT Network Manager

The Cranmer Education Trust are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Network Manager to join our dynamic team at St Anne’s Academy who will also support a network of schools with high-quality, secure, and efficient ICT infrastructure and services.
You will play a vital role in maintaining and developing the trust’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation across all sites, and leading a technical team to deliver outstanding support to staff and students, whilst embedding the Trust’s ethos in everything you do.
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Has proven experience in network and systems management, ideally within an educational environment.
* Strong technical knowledge across various platforms and systems (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, ESET, etc.).
* Experience with safeguarding and data protection (e.g. GDPR compliance).
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
* Relevant IT qualifications (e.g., Microsoft, Aruba, CompTIA, etc.).
* Positive, open and has a friendly attitude to customer service, improvement and delivery.
