The Store Manager oversees the store's success, including sales, profitability, customer service, and operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Recruitment, induction, and training of staff in line with Subway standards, leading by example.
* Creating and managing staff schedules.
* Checking deliveries, matching orders, and managing daily banking.
* Preparing stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets.
* Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage.
* Ensuring 100% compliance with Subway and local council guidelines.
* Inventory management, stock control, weekly stock takes, and reporting.
* Analyzing sales and inventory reports to improve business performance.
* Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
* Implementing in-store marketing and promotional materials.
* Following safety procedures to prevent injuries.
* Providing a safe environment for staff and customers.
* Promoting high standards of customer service.
* Handling escalated customer complaints.
* Delivering excellent service related to products, sales, and customer inquiries.
