Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Assistant
to join our finance team on a
maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy finance department and contribute to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements Assisting with month-end procedures Maintaining accurate financial records Supporting the Finance Manager with reporting and analysis Handling queries from internal departments and external suppliers General administrative duties within the finance team What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an accounts or finance role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative working environment On-site working in our Andover office Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a well-established organisation
