Our industry leading client based in Barnwood, whose products are installed in most hospitals within the UK, has a brand new vacancy for a Finance Assistant to join their small and dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities; -Prepare weekly reports for shareholders -Reflect the monthly accounts in a true and fair view -Maintaining accurate financial records, including daily transactions and receipts -Reconciling of day-to-day accounts -Manage trade payable and receivables -Maintain live working spreadsheets -Credit control -Assist the sales team when making sales decisions -Maintain bill of materials to ensure we maintain margin -Oversee monthly stock takes -Manage the accounts mailbox -Continuously improve and refine administrative processes to support business growth Candidate Attributes; -Previous experience within a finance role -Excellent attention to detail -Ability to manage own workload -Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Hours; 8am 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 2pm on a Friday Salary; Up to £32,000 depending on experience benefits package which includes, 21 days annual leave, pension scheme, staff parking and childcare voucher scheme
