Role Description
1. Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features spanning Java backend services and modern web UI components for digital asset products and operational tooling.
2. Build and evolve REST APIs and service integrations that support digital asset workflows and participate in the platform’s centralized integration approach (, integration hubs / secure gateways).
3. Develop responsive, maintainable front‑end experiences using modern frameworks (, React / Vue / Angular), focusing on usability for financial services users and operational personas.
4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into well-defined technical designs, estimates, and incremental deliveries within an Agile environment
5. Implement robust automated testing practices across the stack (unit, integration, and UI/API tests) and uphold strong quality gates through code reviews and CI/CD discipline.
6. Contribute to operational readiness: logging/monitoring, performance tuning, production support, and reliability improvements for client- and operations-facing digital asset services.
7. Work with security and platform stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the expectations of regulated financial services environments (secure-by-design, least privilege, auditability).

8. Strong, hands-on experience delivering full‑stack applications in financial services (or similarly regulated environments), with clear ownership from UI through backend services.
9. Advanced proficiency in Java and modern backend development using Spring Boot and common Spring modules (web, security, data).
10. Strong experience building RESTful APIs and microservice-style backend services, including documentation and integration patterns.
11. Solid experience with a modern front-end framework such as React,, or Angular, including building production user interfaces.
12. experience working with relational databases (, Oracle) and ORM/data access patterns
13. Strong engineering practices: automated testing, code reviews, and iterative delivery in an Agile team environment.
14. experience with enterprise cloud and delivery tooling (CI/CD pipelines, containerization), and operating microservices in modern platforms.
15. experience working effectively with multi-location engineering teams.
