What you will do:
* Prepare and evaluate new product proposals.
* Undertake laboratory-scale product development and prepare samples for assessment.
* Assess new raw materials and collaborate with suppliers.
* Provide technical support to commercial teams.
* Support R&D projects and data collection.
* Keep up to date with industry innovations.
* Produce quality documentation and ensure processes are right first time.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* A degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Forensic Science, or a related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-facing experience and a UK driver’s licence are desirable.
What’s on offer:
* A starting salary of up to £25,500, rising to £27,000 after probation.
