Head of Project Sales – Leading Multi-Trade Home Services Brand
Location: London-based HQ with national travel
About the Company
Our client is a well-established facilities & home services brand with decades of heritage and a reputation for exceptional customer service. Part of a global group specialising in service brands and with a focus on quality, innovation, and operational excellence, they are now seeking a dynamic Head of Project Sales to lead and grow a critical part of their commercial operation.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head of Project Sales will:
* Own the strategic commercial direction for the Project Sales function.
* Identify and secure growth opportunities in both domestic and commercial markets.
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue from large domestic projects and recurring commercial contracts.
* Build strong customer relationships while promoting cross-selling and upselling of additional services.
* Analyse financial and operational data to guide decision-making, set targets, and forecast trends.
* Enhance sales processes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
* Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing sales team members.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded sales leader with:
* Proven experience in senior sales or commercial leadership, ideally in facilities management, home services, or a similar project-based environment.
* A track record of driving significant sales growth and improving commercial performance.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in analysing data to inform strategy.
* A hands-on, results-driven leadership style, comfortable coaching and developing teams.
* A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally.
