Key Responsibilities:

2. Support Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365
3. Mentor junior team members
Skills & Experience:
1. 2+ years in a technical support role
2. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365
