The Role of the Field Sales Engineer
* You will be selling products used in the automation sector such as PLCs, HMIs and sensing systems.
* Adding value to existing customers by creating an attractive ROI.
* Managing your own diary between existing business and new business.
* Field based role based in South Wales.
* 4 days on the road and 1 day in the office.

* £46k‑£51k.
* Bonus and commission scheme (High OTE).

The Ideal Person for the Field Sales Engineer
* Experience in automation and controls would be ideal.
* Electrical or mechanical engineering qualification an advantage.
* Or coming from an electrical wholesale background with a strong desire to learn.
* Sales experience either internal or external.
* Experience working for or selling to a distribution company would strengthen your application.
* Hungry for success; you will use initiative and determination to maximise the potential in your area.
