Role Summary

This is a strategic and hands-on role where no two days will be the same! The perfect job for a content-savvy marketer who thrives on bringing ideas to life through creative planning and execution. You’ll be responsible for leading end-to-end projects across multiple brands. One day you could be creating copy that converts, the next you’ll be managing through a campaign whilst supporting the senior marketing leaders in strategic execution of customer-first activations. This is a rare opportunity to learn and develop your experience across the entire channel marketing spectrum.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain detailed campaign calendars, timelines, and asset trackers.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, content, CRM, social, e-commerce) to align deliverables and deadlines.
* Act as the operational lead during launches, projects and events, ensuring everything goes live as planned.
* Writing copy and adopting AI tools to generate and optimise content for website and marketing requirements.
* Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure content is briefed, approved, and delivered on time.
* Lead logistics for brand and product shoots, including timelines, shoot briefs, location scouting, and coordination with photographers and stylists.
* Ensure shoot output aligns with campaign needs and is delivered in useable formats across all channels.
* Track and report on campaign and channel performance (e.g. email KPIs, content engagement).

What We’re Looking For

* 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
* A keen interest in broadening your experience and the ability to adapt and grow with the role.
* Flexibility and a hunger to be proactive will be key to the ever-changing evolution of how you’re able to support the marketing side of the business.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams and teams simultaneously.
* Experience or natural talent for copywriting is highly preferred.
* Operational understanding of content and creative workflows - from copy and design to post-production and delivery.
* A sharp eye for detail, deadlines, and process improvement.
* Collaborative, solutions-focused, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
