What’s involved?
 15. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
 16. Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
 17. Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
 18. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
 19. Monitoring portion and waste control.
This role is based on 40 hours per week over 4 days working some straight shifts are preferred. Working within a Kitchen brigade of over 7 chefs in the restaurant kitchen you will be managing and controlling a busy section.
