Are you a Psychology graduate passionate about behaviour, mental health, or child development?
An Education graduate ready to take your first steps into a school-based career?
Or a Drama / Performing Arts graduate with a talent for building confidence, communication, and engagement?

Milk Education is working with supportive primary and secondary schools across Leeds who are actively looking for graduates with your skill set to work as SEN Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, and Creative Learning Support Assistants.

If you’re enthusiastic, empathetic, and ready to inspire young people — this is the ideal role for you.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:00
Start Date: Flexible start dates
Contract: Week-by-week initially, with long-term opportunities available

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, communication needs, and behavioural challenges
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence, emotional regulation, and engagement
• Use psychology, education, or drama-based strategies to support communication, behaviour, and self-esteem
• Assist the class teacher in delivering creative, inclusive learning experiences
• Help pupils manage emotions and develop positive routines
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who need consistency and care
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

No formal TA qualifications needed — just the right attitude and experience.
