Do you have strong Revit expertise and the ability to produce detailed RIBA Stage 4 technical packages to the highest standards?
Would you like to contribute to major projects across sectors such as life sciences, defence, and public infrastructure, while mentoring junior team members?
The Opportunity
A leading engineering and design consultancy is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join its growing team in Manchester. You will play a key role in delivering technically complex projects across highly regulated sectors, producing high-quality technical design information and supporting multidisciplinary project teams.

Senior Architectural Technician, Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist, Revit Technician, Senior Revit Technician, BIM Technician, BIM Coordinator, Technical Architectural Designer, Architectural CAD Technician, Senior BIM Technician.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Developing coordinated 3D BIM models, general arrangement drawings and detailed technical packages that meet required project and industry standards
Working closely with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver practical, compliant and buildable design solutions
Liaising with consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure design coordination and smooth project delivery
Reviewing technical drawings, models and documentation to confirm accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Providing guidance and mentoring to junior technicians while supporting internal quality assurance processesYou will have the following qualifications and experience:
Advanced proficiency using Autodesk Revit for BIM modelling and technical drawing production
Proven experience producing detailed design information at RIBA Stage 4
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements
Experience delivering projects in highly regulated or technically demanding sectors
Ability to obtain and maintain UK security clearanceGet in touch now:
