Service Advisor Position at SKODA
We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at SKODA. This is a great opportunity to develop your career with a premium brand. Join a friendly and efficient Aftersales department led by a talented Service Manager. We will support your growth through continuous training and one-on-one coaching.
As a Service Advisor, you'll provide our customers with a personalized, premium experience, encouraging repeat business for servicing, MOT, and repairs. Your role involves sharing your knowledge to help customers make informed decisions about their vehicle servicing, supported by ongoing training through customer experience workshops.
* Book MOTs, services, and repairs for customers
* Advise customers on warranty coverage and upsell parts/accessories beneficial to them
* Coordinate with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments based on workload
* Handle high volumes of customers, calls, and online queries
* Communicate turnaround times and updates effectively during vehicle servicing
* Maintain accurate customer records and update systems accordingly
Ideal candidates will have energy, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential. Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems is a plus.
You should be capable of maintaining accurate customer records, work well in a team, and also work independently. We welcome applicants with experience in similar automotive roles or a passion for cars and customer service.
