Pay Details : Grade 4 Spinal Point 5 - 7, £24,790 - £25,584 p.a. (pro-rata), £12.85 - £13.26 (Hourly Rate)
Hours of Work / Working Pattern : 35 hours, Monday-Friday
Main Place of Work : Barry, Woodlands or Trysor O'Le
Contract Type : Permanent
Description: You will support individuals with a learning disability who may also have complex needs, to participate in meaningful day opportunities in the community and at the service base, to enable them to achieve their wellbeing outcomes. This will involve driving duties, to safely transport individuals to activities, as per their person-centered plans. You will be required to attend to the personal care and health needs of individuals. You will also maintain records and help to compile reports.

Driving Licence : The post requires you to drive wheelchair adapted vehicles with a Section 19 permit. As a result, you will need to have held a full valid driving licence covering the use of manual vehicles for at least 2 years and be aged 21 or over.
