The Role
* Proactively source and attract high-quality Support Workers across the UK
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for contract and temporary bank healthcare roles
* Work closely with consultants to fill roles within complex care, children'sservices and supported living services
* Screen, interview, and fully prepare candidates for placements
* Engage candidates using a consultative, relationship-led approach
* Maintain strong candidate relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
* Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify top talent
Who were looking for
* 1+ year experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (or similar role)
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Confident, sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
* IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A genuine interest in healthcare recruitment and making a difference
Desirable:
* Experience recruiting within healthcare (especially temps)
* Knowledge of complex care or supported living
* Experience in high-volume candidate generation
