Responsibilities
Support positive and productive stakeholder relationships with businesses in Medway, Maidstone and surrounding areas to generate new apprenticeship opportunities and support growth of this provision within the College.
Provide proactive advertisement of apprenticeship employment opportunities, source and match potential trainees / apprentices to employer opportunities in the local area.
Work with curriculum colleagues to identify students looking to progress into apprenticeships at the end of their full-time courses and attract new students for apprenticeships at College recruitment events.
Support apprentices through the process of application to enrolment and onto appropriate apprenticeship courses.
